King Features is a client that is constantly changing and promoting their vast list of properties.  One of the main staples of their licensed properties is the beloved characters of the Sunday Funnies collection including Popeye the Sailor and Hagar the Horrible among others.  This was a campaign to promote the "stars" of their Sunday Funnies line-up.
